I know that internationalisation and localisation is hard but seeing this on Spotify's password change failure page was quite remarkable:

• Half English and half German text where it should have been 100% in German
• Doubly-encoded characters?
• Two different translations for "password" ("Kennwort" and "Passwort" — not marked in the image).
